Before you write

The three questions that come up most.

Backup	How do I make sure I don't lose it? Open File and tap Save the record. That writes one file holding everything, photographs included. Keep it somewhere that survives a lost phone, and do it again every few months. There is no cloud copy — that is the trade for nothing leaving your device.
New phone	How do I move to a new device? Save the record on the old phone, move that one file across however you normally move a file, then open it under File on the new one.
Two parents	Can we both use it? Not at the same time, on purpose. Live sync between two phones needs a server, and the app does not have one. What you can do is export the record or a keepsake book and send it across.

Reporting something

Especially a wrong number.

The app carries dosing charts, an immunisation schedule and storage times taken from published guidance. If you find a figure that does not match its source, or a source that has since been revised, say so and it will be checked against the primary document and corrected. Include the page and what your source says.

For bugs: what you were doing, what happened, and the device and OS version if you have them.
